Get started with the EPAM Referral Program by creating your user account today!
Click on the 'Refer Now' button or choose the 'Sign In' option to begin.
Once your account is set up, you'll have full access to our referral portal.
For information about how we handle your personal data, click on 'Learn More' below.
02. INVITE YOUR CANDIDATE
- Select a location, and click 'Refer Now' to refer your candidate.
- You can refer a candidate to a specific campaign, allowing you to earn an increased referral bonus, given the candidate is hired. The campaign's terms vary by location and its availability is time-limited.
- Search for an open vacancy, choose a role and then provide the candidate's details to proceed.

Types of referrals
External Referrals
Referred Individuals whose qualifications the Referrer knows firsthand (personally) and are aware they are being referred to EPAM.
Affiliate Referrals
Referrals can independently apply via a link shared by an employee from the Invite Portal. There's no direct relationship necessary between parties; anyone who trusts the link can click on it, even without personal acquaintance with the employee.
How we process rewards
Rewards
EPAM offers a referral incentive, which may be in the form of monetary compensation or a voucher. This incentive is distributed in accordance with the rules specific to your country location.
The amount of the referral incentive is determined by the candidate's level, as noted in their employee profile.
The referred individual must be actively employed with EPAM at the time the referral incentive is disbursed.
The timing of the referral incentive disbursement varies based on the hiring location.
Referral incentive schemes can differ depending on the hiring location.
